A 2023 proposal for a neighbourhood retail and dining space — drawn in warm oak, brick, and long afternoon light.

A double-height storefront opens to a lounge and a marketplace of open shelving; beyond it, a long communal dining hall runs to a garden wall of glazed screens. Art and greenery punctuate the millwork throughout. A commercial concept developed to proposal stage.
